IFS Intensives

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Intensives offer an opportunity for a deep, focused exploration of your inner world in an immersive format. Over the course of up to three consecutive days, each session lasting three hours, we’ll dive deeply into the internal parts that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This concentrated approach allows for profound insights and lasting transformation in a shorter time frame.

Couples $240 / 60 minutes

1-3 days, 3 hours each with a pre and post 60 minute session
