About Therapy

Therapy can be filled with anxiety, excitement, apprehension, or hope for a new future. I offer a therapeutic environment that is warm and inviting, accepting of who you are in the moment, and allowing you to feel safe in sharing. I take the time to learn what your current life struggles are and how you would like your life to change.

Each week, you’ll begin to develop a deeper understanding of yourself by exploring the different parts within you—these are the aspects of your personality that carry unique emotions, beliefs, and roles. As you get to know these parts, you’ll uncover how they influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. When you understand why you react the way you do, it empowers you to make meaningful changes that align with the life you want.

By building relationships with these parts of yourself, you can address the protective mechanisms that may have kept you stuck and tend to the parts of you that carry pain or unmet needs. This work allows you to move forward with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.

As you begin to work with your internal parts, you may notice subtle or not-so-subtle changes in your daily life: people may respond to you differently, you may not get as angry or worried as you used to, or you may find it easier to know what you need in any given moment.

Therapy does not make life perfect, but it can improve your quality of life. Navigating life with more confidence and inner peace allows you to move through challenges with greater ease and embrace a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.
