About Therapy

Therapy can be filled with anxiety, excitement, apprehension, or hope for a new future. I offer a therapeutic environment that is warm and inviting, accepting of who you are in the moment, and allowing you to feel safe in sharing.  I take the time to learn what your current life struggles are and how you would like your life to change.

Each week you will learn new skills to help know yourself better.  When you know why you react the way you do, it empowers you to be able to change it. This allows an opportunity to move from old, automatic behaviors to new behaviors that begin to move you into the life you want.

As you begin to change, you notice your life adjusting to the new behaviors: people may respond to you differently, you may not get as angry or as worried as you used to, or you may find it easier to know what you need in any given moment.

Therapy does not make life perfect, but it can improve your quality of life. Navigating life with more confidence and internal peace supports living at your fullest potential!
